As we continue this journey, we require an IT Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote support to staff.

What you'll be doing:

* Support and management of global IT services in line with (COMPANY NAME) policies and standards
* Oversight of support provided by our outsourcing partner including escalation management
* Service integration, including transformation activities around scope of services and locations
* Support of joiners, movers and leavers processes
* Support business on Infrastructure and End User Computing initiatives, including equipment refresh
* Site management, reporting and administration, including meeting rooms and equipment, server room, alarm, cooling, fire, and maintenance
* Managing IT Procurement, bufferstock management and hardware databases

What you'll need:

* You are an outgoing and curious person who is good at collaborating with stakeholders at different levels
* General "can-do" service attitude, experience across multi-tenant organizations would be advantageous
* Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking abilities within tight deadlines
* Fluent in German and English, other languages would be advantageous
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in 1 st and 2 nd Level Support
* Experience with supporting Windows 10 and 11 and MacOs
* Experience with O365 applications, OneDrive, Azure and Active Directory
* Experience with scripting (PowerShell, VBA, VBS) would be advantageous
* Knowledge of ARD / Microsoft Remote Desktop and of Connectors (Video / Audio/ Networking/ Fibre)
* Basic understanding of computer network concepts
