Your Impact

As a key member of our support team, you will immerse yourself in the latest mobile network technologies and platforms. You will play a crucial role in resolving intricate issues across 2G/3G/4G/5G networks and applications, ensuring smooth customer interactions and contributing to technological progress.

* Provide expert support for Cisco Mobile Packet Core hardware (ASR5500) and Virtual Packet Core/Ultra Services Platform.
* Address and resolve sophisticated mobile network issues, enhancing customer satisfaction.
* Utilize Linux, OpenStack, and virtualization technologies to support global customers.
* Collaborate with diverse teams to implement innovative solutions.
* Foster customer success through empathy and technical prowess.

Minimum Qualifications
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of Linux systems.
* Experience with mobile networks (2G/3G/4G/5G) and Mobile Packet Core applications.
* Familiarity with Mobile Packet Core protocols (GTP, DIAMETER, RADIUS, PFCP, SCTP).
* Proficiency in IP networking, routing, and switching technologies (CCNP / CCIE level).
* Understanding of security technologies, such as IPSec, SSL, and VPNs.

Preferred Qualifications
* Programming skills in Bash or Python.
* Cisco Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE.
* Certifications in virtualization technologies (OpenStack, VMware, Kubernetes).
* Advanced Linux/Unix system administration skills (Debian/Red Hat).
* Experience with service provider customer base, particularly mobile service providers.
