As an Associate Tender Analyst, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the Tender Team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a varied and challenging position within a global leader in healthcare technology.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Provide professional administrative support to the Polish Tender Team
* Review tender reports and distribute relevant documents to stakeholders
* Participate in all stages of the tender process
* Ensure proper circulation and subsequent archiving of tender documentation
* Sort and process incoming correspondence (emails) in accordance with internal requirements
* Participate in the procedure for ordering tender samples
* Enter data into corporate systems
* Support the contract workflow process
* Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Higher education / during studies - preferred fields of study: administration, law, economics, marketing and management, public health, pharmacy)
* Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* English knowledge at B1 level
* Very good ability to organize own work
* Time management, planning and tasks prioritization
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Commitment and internal motivation, ability to work independently but also as a Team player
* Ability to work under time pressure and cope with the stress of one's own work and prioritize tasks.
