Role Description:

An experienced Service Transition manager to be part of the Capital Markets Service Management function in Bucharest which is responsible for end to end business service management processes in collaboration with multiple internal teams across the Capital Markets division. You will liaise between business owners, project managers, design teams, operations teams, communicating between all key partners to ensure the smooth and successful operational design and implementation of new services You will ensure service management procedures are established and documented for new and changing services that align with standard methodology, and provide the capability to measure, and maintain performance of the service post launch to promote continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
* To implement and maintain an effective Capital Markets Service Transition Process (STP) from ideation through to live operation.
* Ensure new and changing services have a fully developed end to end support structure, including Processes, SLAs and KPIs, commensurate with businessrequirements, priorities and risk.
* Act as a gate keeper function that ensures effective Transfer to Operations for all new services introduced or significantly changed.
* Provide fully documented services, which are updated and maintained throughout the life of the service and are aligned to ITIL standard methodology.
* Ensure that appropriate lifecycle resourcing, training, tooling, support and documentation is delivered with a formal project sign-off from all key partners.Represent the Capital Markets Operations team at all project meetings to define and implement service acceptance criteria for both new and changingservices. Work with Architects, Project Managers, Business Owners, Service Owners, and Operations teams to ensure that services are delivered incompliance with the Service Transition Process (STP) and other key control/assurance requirements.
* Define and deliver the end to end support model with all key partners across multiple delivery organisations Ensure an effective set of performance metricsand service levels are delivered for new services.
* Participate in end to end stakeholder groups to improve the efficiency of future deliveries and processes.
* Identify and manage Operations risks ensuring a successful transition to service.
* Provide guidance, knowledge sharing of the STP and supporting sign off for all key project stages and artefacts via Service Transition Boards

Essential Skills/Experience Required:
* Proven service management experience, service transition experience will be a plus
* Project Management and/or operational experience
* Experience of working in a sophisticated, high-paced environment with a distributed team
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Logical thinker with the ability to make clear decisions and address problems, generating solutions
