As our next Category Manager for the Swedish market, you'll be the voice of the shopper and consumer in business decision-making; shaping innovation internally and influencing customers externally. You'll work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration and deliver impactful results.
The role is fulltime and you will be based in our Solna office, with flexibility to work from home occasionally. We're ready to welcome the right person as soon as possible!
Your mission is to make shopper & consumer insights come alive and drive category growth. Here's how you'll make an impact:
* Champion shopper understanding; keep your finger on the pulse of consumer behaviour
* Shape innovation; bring the voice of the market into our launch process and track KPIs
* Lead category initiatives; plan space and range strategies that make an impact
* Drive execution; ensure flawless implementation in stores and monitor performance (distribution, rotation)
* Turn insights into action; transform data into compelling stories and sales-driving activities
* Own the trade story; craft and present narratives that win with customers
* Collaborate across teams; support Marketing and Strategy & Insights with shopper and category expertise
* A Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Food Science or similar
* Solid experience in Category Management, Revenue Management, Key Account Management or Brand Management within FMCG
* Strength in turning numbers into insights and insights into stories
* Strong technical skills – Excel and/or Power BI are your best friends, and you’re confident in PowerPoint
* Knowledge and fluency in NielsenIQ and ICA Self Serve
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to make complex topics simple
* Fluency in English and Swedish
