Your team

The Pictet Tech division specializes in designing and integrating cutting-edge software applications, including advanced portfolio management systems, sophisticated trading platforms and comprehensive banking and corporate solutions.
As a key contributor to the Group's strategic advancements, the Pictet Tech division plays a vital role in driving transformative innovations that enhance our services and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

The Datacentre Infrastructure unit provides and maintains storage and virtualization platforms for on-premises applications across the Group, including file, object, archiving and backup services.

Your role

* Design, build, operate and continuously improve storage infrastructure platforms
* Keep infrastructure secure, up to date and online.
* Develop internal tooling and processes that improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.
* Promote infrastructure software development practices and DevOps.
* Teach, mentor, grow and advise other domain experts and teams in the organization.
* Participate in on-call duties in rotation with other team members.

Your profile

* Engineering or university degree.
* Significant knowledge of architecture topics such as integration, security and storage technologies (Kubernetes, Cinder, Commvault, Everpure).
* Experience with infrastructure management tools (monitoring and observability, logging, configuration management).
* Software craftsmanship practices, programming and scripting languages is a plus (Python, Java, Go, bash, PowerShell).
* Deeply curious, ready to help, always learning new skills and technologies.
* Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Focuses on proactive strategies to prevent issues before they occur.
* Fluent in French and English.
* Must be resident in Switzerland.

* Contributes to defining the global storage offering at Pictet, including data tiering and supported protocols.
