As a Category Development Specialist at Nestlé Waters (Suisse) SA, your mission is to strengthen shopper, channel and category understanding in the retail environment to drive sustainable commercial growth for brands and clients. You'll make a difference by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into impactful strategies and flawless execution. You will contribute to shaping our commercial agenda and enhancing visibility and performance of brands across key retail channels in Switzerland. How you'll make an impact as a Category Development Specialist
* Driving shopper, channel and category understanding to elevate commercial decision-making in retail channels.
* Leading the development of strategies and plans that unlock category and brand growth based on shopper, channel and customer insights.
* Delivering deep promotional analyses for key brands and retailers and turning findings into actionable plans with clear success measures.
* Building effective in-store communication and activation plans that strengthen visibility of products and conversion in priority channels.
* Optimizing assortments and distribution by identifying white-spot opportunities and ensuring consistent follow-up across key customers.
* Supporting the Commercial Development Manager by developing impactful publicity materials and executing communication for national promotions in the out-of-home channel.

* Bringing strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into practical commercial solutions.
* Applying solid knowledge of FMCG dynamics in the Swiss market and understanding key business functions and priorities.
* Using your expertise in retail channels to drive excellence in execution, timing, budgeting and follow-up.
* Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating initiative, communication strength and team spirit.
* Prioritizing effectively, staying organized, and managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
* Bringing advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
* Communicating effectively in French and German, English is a plus.
