As Sales Support Specialist, you …
* lead and coordinate projects to improve sales support systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Visustore, ZEISS ID).
* train and support the sales team in using Salesforce effectively and analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
* support the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks, including planning and monitoring sales activities.
* prepare customer offers, contracts, and sales documentation in collaboration with internal teams.
* optimize and implement business processes for corrective lenses and optical devices.
* contribute to marketing activities such as fairs, exhibitions, and customer communication.

You´ve come to the right place in our team if you have …
* a completed economic education.
* minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales support, ideally in the optics industry.
* strong technical knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (preferably SAP), and Salesforce.
* native Slovenian skills and proficient English (both written and spoken).
* strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
* the ability to work independently, precisely, and in a structured way, even in a complex environment.
* flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing working environment and occasional willingness to travel abroad.
