We are currently looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our great team based in Barcelona. This team supports international brands with their design and marketing challenges.
*As part of the process a Jr Graphic Designer test is required.
Responsibilities:
- Executing any low to mid complexity briefs and some higher complexity briefs with the Art Director's support
- Support the creative team in developing digital design assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Working independently on low complexity briefs and most of the mid complexity briefs
- Attention to detail, ensuring all brief requirements are fulfilled
- Assist in transforming creative concepts into engaging visual content, following brand guidelines.
- Adapt and resize existing assets for various digital formats.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to meet project deadlines.
- Help prepare visual presentations and mockups for client reviews.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all digital deliverables.
- Stay updated with basic design trends and digital best practices to support the team.
- Be open to feedback and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced agency environment.
Requirements
- 1/2 years of experience in a digital agency
- Ability to proactively suggest improvements to brief and to deliver some conceptual work
- A good knowledge of key features within Adobe cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Understanding principles of UI and UX
- Good knowledge of all the major digital channels and Social Media platforms
- A good balance between great technical design skills and creativity
Languages:
- Spanish (mandatory)
- English (mandatory)
- Any other languages are a plus.
