We are looking for passionate and service oriented Sales Assistants to join our Massimo Dutti team in the upcoming store in Copenhagen. If you are inspired by premium fashion, attention to detail, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, we would love to meet you.

What we expect from you

As a Sales Assistant at Massimo Dutti, your responsibilities will include:

Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring the Experience project implementation
Being up to date on new products and collections
Understanding store layout, sections, and product location
Operating store systems and tools (Using Inditex Technology)
Executing operations at customer interaction points (cash desk, fitting rooms, merchandise pickup)
Ensuring store image, tidiness, and visual standards are maintained
Ensuring efficient replenishment for the products
Supporting merchandise delivery when needed
Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales targets
Communicating openly and professionally with colleagues and managers
Helping to control shrinkage
Complying with occupational risk prevention, health, and safety standards
