Join our Corporate Finance team as a Consultant supporting both the Valuation and M&A teams. This unique role offers the opportunity to work across two dynamic areas of deal advisory, helping clients understand the value of their businesses and navigate complex transactions.

About the team

Our Corporate Finance team provides comprehensive advisory services across business valuation and mergers & acquisitions. We support clients in understanding the financial and strategic implications of their decisions, whether they are buying, selling,
or restructuring their businesses. The team works on high-impact projects across various industries, combining deep market insights with rigorous financial analysis.

Job description & summary

* Contribute to successful project delivery across valuation and M&A assignments.
* Execute market and industry research to support strategic decision-making.
* Participate in valuation projects for various purposes across many industries.
* Perform financial modeling, cash-flow analysis and valuation of businesses and assets.
* Assist in preparing transaction documents including teasers, information memoranda, and feasibility studies.
* Support communication with clients, investors, and target companies throughout the transaction process.
* Help identify market opportunities and evaluate potential acquisition or disposal targets.
* Assist in internal team administration and coordination tasks.

Requirements of the role

* University degree (preferably in finance, economics).
* Experience in valuation, corporate finance, or strategy consulting is an advantage but not required.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Excellent communication skills in Czech and English (spoken and written).
* Proactive and responsible approach with ability to work independently.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly MS Excel).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet challenging deadlines.
* Positive and enthusiastic personality with a client-oriented mindset.
