Job Description:

QUALIFICATIONS
* 1-2 years of professional experience and/or internship background
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering)
* Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to deliver presentations effectively
* Strong command of MS Office applications (particularly Excel and Access)
* Knowledge of or interest in financial analysis concepts and terminology
* No restrictions for travel
* Valid Class B driving license with active driving experience
* Military service completed for male candidates
* Strong sense of ownership and accountability in fulfilling responsibilities
* Proactive, self-motivated, and open to continuous learning and development
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
* Clear career objectives and a results-oriented mindset

JOB DESCRIPTION
* Plan and monitor productivity targets at the PKG operational level in alignment with the overall business plan
* Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with performance, service, measurement, operational plans, and staffing standards; analyze findings to identify strengths and areas for improvement
* Develop accurate work measurement systems to ensure efficient operational planning and optimal job design
* Provide appropriate methodologies, operational planning, and technical training to relevant teams
* Support operations in the implementation of new technologies, procedures, and operational plans to drive efficiency and achieve optimal performance
