The Position

The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

The Operations Support Specialist role is working closely with the Operational Excellence Lead, within the Pharma Digital Content and Services Lab, ensuring operational efficiency and streamlined communication across the Operations and Services POD. Working at the nexus of initiative tracking, communication, and operational management, this role supports the team in critical daily tasks, serves as a point of contact (POC) for key processes, and leads operational rhythms to enhance team effectiveness toward operational excellence.

The Opportunity:
* Project Tracking & Initiative Mapping: Monitor and update progress in monday.com, align initiatives with goals, and create clear status updates for production and engagement teams.
* Communication Management: Maintain consistent communication with Global and Local Engagement Managers (GLEMs) through mass emails and GLEM Chat platform updates.
* Lab Newsroom Coordination: Act as the point of contact, ensuring timely, relevant updates and resolving or escalating issues related to newsroom activities.
* Process Management: Serve as the contact for process changes, coordinate updates, and support the creation of process documentation like SOPs and Wikis.
* Operational Support: Collaborate with operations teams, lead weekly calls, manage agendas, and troubleshoot operational issues.
* Process Improvement: Identify gaps and opportunities for efficiency, document improvements, oversee execution, and measure success.
* Team Alignment: Coordinate timely updates and ensure production and engagement teams stay aligned with organizational goals.

Who you are:
* You have previous experience in operations support, communication coordination, or initiative tracking.
* You are proficient in project management tools like monday.com or Trello, and communication platforms.
* You have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
* You possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* You are skilled in designing and mapping business processes effectively.
* You can manage multiple initiatives, tracking timelines, dependencies, and priorities across platforms.
* Experience working with the Lab, is a plus.
