Brand Activation Manager
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Head of marketing

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Leadership
· Own the P&L for assigned brands: drive top-line growth, manage A&P budgets, and initiate actions to optimize profitability.
· From Global Brand strategies lead the development and execution of local annual brand plans, which aligned with business objectives and long-term portfolio strategy.
· Set and monitor KPIs for brand health, volume, value, and market share.
· Handle the dedicated brand portfolio with flexibility to modifications based on business needs.
Planning
· Conduct, analyse and draw conclusion from category, competitor, and consumer analysis to identify growth opportunities. For that purpose deeply understand and acively use: Nielsen, Focus and Brand Tracking reports.
· Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to tailor commercial strategies to channel dynamics.
Innovation & Portfolio Development
· Identify portfolio extention opportunities and manage brand innovation pipelines in alignment with global trends and consumer insights.
Execution & Project Management
· Manage creative and media agencies to ensure that strong storytelling and impactful brand communication is brought into alive via strong and effective media presence ( traditional and digital mediums).
· Lead the end-to-end execution of brand activations, including events, tastings, promotions with high involvement of field understanding and presence.
· Manage agencies, vendors, and third-party partners to deliver high-quality experiences on time and within budget.
· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines, including responsible consumption messaging.
· Continously looking to improve high excellence in execution;
· All campaigns should be evaluated based on pre-set KPIs.
· Manage any raised ad-hoc tasks due to business reasons;
· Delver any tasks requested by your superior.
Trade & Channel Marketing
· Collaborate with sales to develop and/or order channel-specific POSM, promotional materials
· Activate brands in the on-trade (bars, restaurants, clubs) and off-trade (retail, supermarkets) through tailored programs, promotions and visibilities.
· Develop trade marketing materials and communications.
· Manage the dedicated brand embassadors to train and engage trade stakeholders (e.g., bartenders, influencers, retail partners).
Budget & Performance Management
· Manage activation budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
· Track, report, and analyze the performance of activations and recommend improvements.
· Use consumer insights and post-activity evaluations to refine activation strategies.
Collaboration & Communication
· Work closely with the Brand Owners, Sales, Digital, and PR teams to ensure consistency in messaging and execution.
· Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on campaign status, learnings, and results.
· Represent the brand at key industry events, tastings, and trade shows.
· Handle openly of any future change in the position responsibility due to business reasons.
Internal & External Stakeholder Management
· Work closely with supply chain, and finance to ensure effective demand planning and margin management.
· Collaborate with global brand owners to localize and execute global strategies.
· Lead presentations on business reviews and strategic updates.
