About the Team About the Team: Creativity is the soul of advertising. Creative Product Operations Team helps empower and inspire Advertisers, Creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to end users. About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive intern to support the TikTok Creative Products & Ops team in LATAM. You will contribute to process management, data tracking, and regional initiatives across Product Marketing, Advertiser Enablement, Partnerships, and Operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working with data, and is motivated to deliver high-impact work. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Your responsibilities as this intern include: - Support Product Marketing with translations, internal communications, data consolidation, and preparation of demo materials. - Assist Advertiser Enablement with SOW requests, tracking of TopView cases and performance, and operational tasks in Prodcuts Admin/backend. - Prepare partner-facing presentations, organize GTM materials, and support communication workflows. - Contribute to operational processes, including payment reports, contract requests, invoice submissions, and basic event logistics

Ihr Profil:

Minimun Qualifications - Enrollment in a Bachelor's program (Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, Communications, or related fields). - High proficiency in Portuguese and English is required due to communication with external stakeholders for business needs. - Strong interest in data, reporting, and operational processes. - High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Advanced familiarity with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and productivity platforms
