OVERVIEW
* Internship program with a duration of 6 months
* Availability: At least 3 working days per week
* Start Date: January 2026
PURPOSE
* Support the Product Development team in bringing product concepts to life by assisting in the development process from season kick-off to first production sample
* Provide operational and project support to ensure smooth execution of development tasks, sample tracking, and cross-functional alignment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist Product Development team in daily operations: product creation, fittings organization, comments tracking, sample management, costing, and system-related tasks
* Contribute to benchmark studies, material board building, material library maintenance, and document upkeep
* Collaborate with key stakeholders (Design, Product Marketing, Factories, Sourcing) to support development milestones
* Participate in ongoing projects and take ownership of assigned mini-projects or small ranges

* Cross-functional sourcing teams (Operations, Quality, Planning, Costing, etc.)
* T1/T2 Suppliers / Factories
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
* Strong passion for product creation and attention to detail
* Basic understanding of textile materials, apparel, and product development processes
* Knowledge of pattern or graphic programs (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
* Proficient in MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong organizational and communication skills, logical thinking
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
