Your Job

* Assist in providing mechanical application support to help customers find suitable interconnection solutions.
* Learn and participate in new parts qualifications and failure analysis under guidance.
* Support market trend research and marketing activities for new product development.
* Gain exposure to advanced technologies and contribute to their application in customer projects.

What You Will Do

* Support Sales team by creating 3D models and technical drawings for connector solutions using software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
* Apply basic tolerance analysis knowledge to ensure designs meet customer requirements.
* Assist in resolving mechanical application-related technical issues under supervision.
* Participate in failure analysis for new projects by collecting on-site data and coordinating with internal teams.
* Support new parts qualification by clarifying specifications and documenting differences between customer and company standards.
* Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs in high-speed connectors.
* Help compile and share customer feedback with Sales and Marketing teams.
* Build relationships with customer engineers through technical support and collaboration.
* Complete other tasks as assigned by Management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
* PREFERRED: MS in the above fields
* Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
* Basic knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
* Interest in connector technology and customer-facing technical support.
* Strong English communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with global teams and customers.
* PREFERRED: Experience with 3D modelling software such as NX/ ProE.
