1. Responsible for quality inspection of customer service in various business lines, and identifying personnel execution, process rules, management issues, product rules, and other issues in the service through daily sampling and special quality inspections. 2. Identify problems through a review of defect events, identify root causes, and drive improvement. 3. Based on employee issues, provide coaching or training suggestions to ensure that customer service meets the service quality target requirements, in order to ensure the overall service quality of the business. 4. Conduct quality analysis, summarize and analyze the quality situation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, propose rectification suggestions, and provide a basis for monthly assessment. 5. Identify typical cases in services, categorize them and improve the quality inspection monitoring and evaluation system

Ihr Profil:

1. Bachelor's degree or above with English ability. 2. Priority given to those with experience working in multinational customer service centers. 3. Proficient with the ability to analyze data and summarize problems; Capable of efficiently completing analysis tasks and reports using different quality inspection tools. 4. Possess good service awareness and knowledge related to customer service and experience, and be able to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement during the service process
