ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a dynamic and driven intern to join our team in Munich. You will dive into a dynamic environment, leveraging your organizational prowess and tech passion.
The 3DEXPERIENCE Lab is (COMPANY NAME)' LABORATORY for disruptive innovation with positive impact on the world. We nurture startups through dedicated programs. We also boost creativity and innovation via targeted initiatives and thrive community exchange.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* You will engage with startups to understand their needs and identify enhanced support
* You will collaborate with incubators to enhance startups support
* You will gather and analyze user feedback for process and software enhancement
* You will assist in resolving software issues by creating service requests and facilitating communication between relevant parties for seamless solutions
* You will manage member and role administration on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
* You will scout new startups for our programs
* You will ensure timely delivery of services for accelerator programs
* You will assist in the organization of ecosystem events
* You will develop training materials to empower startup teams
* You will optimize internal processes

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

* You have proven process optimization skills
* You have strong organizational capabilities for managing multiple projects
* You have self-driven attitude with excellent communication skills
* You are willing to learn 3DEXPERIENCE platform functionalities
* You have basic understanding of CAD software (helpful)
* You are proficient in English; German proficiency is a plus
