Your Tasks

* Support the Digital Product Owners of our PIM and DAM platforms in driving digital asset management initiatives and ensuring data quality
* Contribute to the evaluation, implementation and continuous improvement of AI-powered marketing technologies and processes in collaboration with business, IT and external partners
* Create and manage internal communication formats, including AI newsletters, SharePoint content, announcements and project updates
* Coordinate AI-focused events, presentations and knowledge-sharing activities with internal and external stakeholders
* Support international digital marketing projects from asset creation to publication in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
* Build and strengthen a cross-functional AI community, fostering collaboration, innovation and the adoption of AI solutions across Marketing
* Engage with stakeholders, gather feedback and help drive continuous improvement and successful project outcomes

Your Profile

* Studies in marketing, media management, media technology, communication design or business administration
* Fully enrolled during the entire working student period
* Interest in Artificial Intelligence, digitization, data and technology
* Experience with researching information and presenting the results
* Experience with the design tool Canva for creating presentations, templates and digital communication assets is a plus
* Responsible and independent work style
* Good organizational and communication skills
* Experience from previous internships/student jobs and experience abroad are a plus
* International mindset
* Very good written and oral communication skills: primarily in English, German is a plus
