Job Description

You are joining our Green Hub Syndicate team, which is looking for a Green & Sustainable Debt Market Syndicate Analyst, for a 6 month internship starting January 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Green & Sustainable Debt market quantitative research: Monitor and update market watch dashboards summarizing trends in sub-market product segments (bonds and loans) supply;
* Advanced ESG data analysis and market intelligence: Collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative information from specialized from a wide range ESG media and data providers (Dealogic, LSEG, NPM, etc…). Maintain and develop our ESG investor scoring. Complete market analysis on Sustainable Finance and summarize market sector developments in order to provide market updates to our clients (internally and externally);
* Perform post-execution ESG deal reviews for the benefit of our client issuers.
You will work in close collaboration with other Green Hub teams (Origination & Advisory, Center of Expertise & Innovation, and Investment Solutions), as well as fixed income teams (Loan Syndication, Debt Capital Market, Credit Sales, Coverage…) at Natixis CIB.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the BAC +4/5 level, you are preparing a university degree or business school, with a specialization in Finance.

You show an interest in sustainable finance and a knowledge of responsible investment are also assets.

You have solid experience in database management, automation and quantitative data analysis.

You master data analysis and automation skills using Excel, VBA, Bloomberg and PowerBI.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
