Job Description

(COMPANY NAME)'s Growth team is expanding in alignment with the strong growth we have accomplished over the past year. We are currently looking for someone to help us on a Growth Engineer mission. This role's objective will be to provide technical support to the marketing teams on cross-cutting issues such as Tech, Data & Marketing.
By joining us, you will be part of our Marketing team, which currently consists of 20 people, divided between the Data, Sales, Partnerships and Brand divisions.
On a daily basis, you will support the technical initiatives of the marketing team members in order to help them gain agility and autonomy. You will use your technical profile on fast-growing business issues in order to generate ever more qualitative leads and sources of growth.
This is the role you are looking for if you want to create, experiment and build end-to-end solutions with a direct impact on a marketing domain!
Throughout this mission, you will be able to work with and learn from Pierre Chabannon (Growth Engineer Manager), Laurent Levrey (Head of Growth) and Florian Declerck (Web Manager).
Your main tasks and responsibilities ⚡️
* Technically accompany the marketing teams to structure and optimize our conversions: building tracking tools with our partners, setting up tools to track relevant business data, setting up dedicated landing pages.
* Provide technical support to the sales team in the construction of their tools: construction, organization and follow-up of the Sales team's lead databases.
* Develop lead-nurturing campaigns using tools (Phantombuster, Dropcontact, Lusha, Segment, Zapier...) as well as code and API integrations.
* Optimize our automation tools and models and ensure their robustness.
* Collaborate with Product/Tech, Sales and Ops teams on cross-functional projects to quickly implement and test technical solutions
* Work in collaboration with the Data team to define and develop performance measurement tools for operational activities and associated dashboards.
* Participate in the construction of the Growth strategy Evaluate our tools and continuously suggest performance improvements Document and update our Growth processes.
* Help us improve the technical practices of the team.
Preferred Experience
You're the one we're looking for 💚 if you...
* Have already done an internship with a Tech startup before.
* Have technical skills: Zapier, SQL, (Javascript, BigQuery are a plus), or others that allow you to implement solutions independently.
* Enjoy using tools like Zapier, Hubspot or Phantombuster.
* Knowledge of coding is a big plus
* You have a good business sense and know where to focus to have a bigger impact
* You like to automate, but you also know when to implement solutions that do not scale
* You are curious, like to test new tools all the time and like to stay on top of what's new in the ecosystem.
* You are very analytical, problem-oriented and have a user-oriented mindset.
* You are a good listener and pedagogical : you have a natural ability to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience.
* You recognize yourself in (COMPANY NAME)'s values and are interested in our product.
