Your Missions
Trade marketing at L'Oréal consists of collaborating with retail partners to boost beauty product sales both in-store and online.
* Sell-out strategy: Develop specific action plans for each distribution channel (hypermarkets, department stores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, e-commerce).
* Merchandising: Design product and new-launch displays on shelves to catch shoppers' eyes.
* Promotions: Create targeted promotional campaigns aligned with the commercial goals of both the brand and the retailer.
* Performance analysis: Monitor sales figures and adjust strategic recommendations accordingly.

Your profile
* You are currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program (business school, IAE, or university) looking for a gap-year or final-year internship
* Fluent in English and French
