About the Team The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities - Market Expertise (NL & EU Emerging Markets): Build a deep understanding of the Dutch digital and media landscape, translating local insights into scalable strategies for other European markets. - Data-Driven Strategy & Structured Thinking: Turn ambiguous goals into clear hypotheses, metrics, and frameworks. Conduct cohort and funnel analysis, ROI modeling, and performance tracking to optimize results. - Experimentation & Optimization: Design and run A/B tests, iterate campaign mechanics, and continuously improve efficiency and revenue contribution. - Campaign Craftsmanship: Lead end-to-end campaign design and execution, including mechanics, rewards, communications, and GTM. Build and manage signature IP campaigns that differentiate our brand. - Cross-Market Scaling: Develop playbooks to capture best practices and replicate successful campaigns across multiple EU markets with measurable impact. - Partnership & IP Collaboration: Collaborate with external brands, creators, and partners to co-design campaigns and IP activations. - Communication & Stakeholder Alignment:Drive alignment across product, operations, data, and local market teams. Ensure clarity and impact in both written and verbal communication. - Ownership & Delivery: Prioritize effectively, move with pace, and maintain a high quality bar while delivering under time pressure
Ihr Profil:
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree - Strong knowledge of the Dutch digital/media ecosystem; broader EU market experience a plus. - Proven success in designing and scaling campaigns across multiple markets. - Hands-on experience with A/B testing, cohort/funnel analysis, and campaign optimization. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with partners and co-develop IP campaigns. - Excellent communication skills; able to influence and align cross-functional teams.
