Context and Purpose of the job
The Digital Learning intern will support the Retail Training department in creating visual education tools to train and engage the store teams.

Responsibilities
* Support the preparation of slide decks, guides and visual aids for the store teams
* Produce interactive assets for retail training apps and manage related back office activities
* Design interactive presentations
* Produce videos according to a given storyboard
* Upload e-learning modules and maintain the e-learning platform
* Organize libraries
* Ensure that all training content strictly aligns with the brand's visual identity guidelines

Descrizione profilo:

Requirements
* A degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design or a related field
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Power Point
* Attention to details and team spirit
* Ability to meet project rollout dates
* Aptitude for visual summary
* Eagerness to learn
* Fluency in both Italian and English
