Job Description

Role description

The resource will be responsible for administrative-accounting management, with particular attention to the registration of passive invoices and compliance with tax deadlines and internal procedures. The ideal profile is a precise, organized and autonomous person, capable of managing his or her activities methodically, quickly and with a spirit of initiative, collaborating effectively with the team.

Key responsibilities

* Registration of passive invoices in compliance with tax deadlines and deadlines for monthly and annual closings.
* Verification of the correctness of customs and transport documents (DDT, bills, etc.), ensuring compliance with current regulations.
* Entry and updating of data in the system, including VAT numbers, transport documents and transport documents.
* Operational support to the administrative-accounting team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and timeliness in daily activities.
* Collaboration with other company functions for the correct management of accounting and administrative flows.

Requirements

* Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Economics of Accounting (preferred).
* Previous experience in the role of accountant or administrative clerk.
* Excellent knowledge of the SAP management system and the Office package (in particular Excel).
* Knowledge of general accounting principles and tax regulations.
* Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach, attention to detail and result orientation.
