Job Description

At Auberge Collection, we believe that wellness is an essential part of the luxury guest experience. As a Spa Intern, you will support the Spa Team with professionalism, warmth, and curiosity towards the healing arts. By delivering exceptional care and attention, you will assist in having every guest feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and valued.
This role is an invitation to provide transformative wellness experiences. As a Spa Intern, you will help guests achieve relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being, ensuring every visit is personalized, memorable, and extraordinary.
Main responsibilities include:
* Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival and assisting them throughout their Spa experience.
* Managing Spa reservations, appointments, and daily scheduling while ensuring efficient coordination of treatments.
* Providing guests with information about Spa facilities, treatments, services, and wellness programs.
* Preparing treatment rooms and Spa areas in accordance with property standards before and after each appointment.
* Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of reception areas, treatment rooms, and guest facilities.
* Supporting the Spa team with the daily operational activities and administrative tasks.
* Assisting with retail product displays and promoting Spa services, treatments, and seasonal offers.
* Ensuring guest preferences and relevant information are accurately recorded and communicated to the team.
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service.
* Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop hospitality and wellness knowledge.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in a similar luxury hospitality environment is considered a plus.
* A Master's degree or equivalent in Hospitality is considered a plus.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Demonstrated commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Proficiency in English is required.
