QUALITY TRAINEE - INTERNSHIP/STAGE
For our Quality Team in Milan we are looking as of now for a Quality Trainee.
During your internship, you'll be part of a dynamic team, and you will have visibility into all the company's departments, and'll contribute to the achievements of your team.
About the job
You'll be part of the Quality Team, and you will support the Superiority Project in order to guarantee and enhance the quality standard of our products. You will collaborate daily with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Logistics & Supply Chain, as well as external partners like Customers and the EU Quality & Food Safety organization.
You'll report to the Quality Manager.
In detail, you'll be involved in:
* KPI Management: Update monthly quality scorecard KPIs and maintain dashboards for Quality & Food Safety indicators.
* Consumer Complaints: Manage consumer complaints, monitor potential repetition, and ensure timely escalation to EU category leaders.
* Store Check Activities: Organize and manage store check sessions to ensure compliance and quality standards and mitigate action follow-up.
* Customer Requests: Support the management of customer-specific quality requirements.
* Culture of Quality: Contribute to the animation and implementation of the Culture of Quality program.
* Non-conformities Tracking: Monitor and follow up on quality deviations from market to warehouse receptions.
* Logistics & Supply Chain Support: Assist in activities related to logistics and supply chain operations related to Quality & Food Safety.
* Quality and Food Safety certification support: Provide support for Quality and Food Safety certification processes, including documentation and audit preparation.

About you
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:
* Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition;
* Problem-solving and entrepreneurial thinking;
* Structured and analytical way of working;
* Relational skills and flexibility;
* Fluent in English; Italian,
* Knowledge of main scientific databases will be a plus (Medline, ...)
