Roles & Objective
As an intern, you'll join the People & Culture Department at Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A., reporting directly to the Manager of Labor Relations.

Specific responsabilities:
* Deep dive into the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) and our internal labor policies
* Support the design and analysis of innovative labor agreements
* Take part in meetings with social partners and contribute to strategic discussions
* Collaborate across industrial relations and broader HR processes

What we're looking for:
* Background in Law (Master's in Labor Law is a plus)
* Solid understanding of labor & union regulations
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Fluent in English and confident with Excel & PowerPoint
* Curious, resilient, and ready to grow in a dynamic corporate environment
