Corporate Services (AD) consists of executive, professional, and support services in the areas of general administration, facility and real estate management, health, security, and secretarial services as well as external affairs and information services. Comprises other enterprise-wide functions such as trainees.

Subfamily Description

Trainee (TRA) comprises graduates taking part in (COMPANY NAME)'s trainee programme (only for the duration of the programme). Trainees rotate through different functions to experience the company from the ground and up.

Responsibilities

As a member of LAT NI-FN Tendering team, he/she will be in charge to help producing quality proposal documents prepared in response to RFP/RFQ/RFIs, as well as in spontaneous offers. The Tendering Lead supports the account team during the "proposal phase", being selected at the Offer Qualification Meeting and cooperates with the Account / Bus Dev Teams in order to ensure customer requirements are fully understood early in the cycle and a clear response strategy and solution is defined and disseminated.

* Fixed networks architecture and dimensioning, i.e., understand customer requirements and put together a solution (including amount and configuration of each equipment, solution, etc).
* Profitability analysis - after getting the cost of the solution, determine a price as well as its profitability in order to understand a viable price point for (COMPANY NAME).
* Developing and implementing Business / commercial strategy - define and discuss with Commercial Team the plan and price to win the bid, beating competition.
* Technical clarifications - answer customer questions related to the functionalities included in the equipment / services that compose the solution.

Required Skills

* Currently in the penultimate year of the undergraduate course in Electric Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or alike.
* Intermediate Office knowledge.
* Advanced English.

It would be nice if you also have:

* Advanced Excel.
* VBA / Selenium programming language knowledge
