What impact you'll make As a member of the Aero Design Electrical team, you will be an active contributor to the design, validation, and support of electrical systems for aero-derivative power generation, helping to ensure high-performance, reliable, and efficient energy solutions.

Job Description

What you'll do
* Support the design and modification of electrical systems, schematics, and wiring diagrams for aero-derivative gas turbine packages.
* Utilize CAD and electrical design software (e.g., Eplan) to create and update technical documentation.
* Assist in the evaluation of electrical components and systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
* Analyze performance data using Python, Excel, and Smartsheet to track system health and quality metrics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve non-conformances and support root cause analysis for field or manufacturing issues.
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
* Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's degree or starting the first semester of a Master's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering.
* Proficiency in electrical design principles and the ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
* Proven programming skills (Python, MATLAB, or similar) for data analysis and process automation.
* Excellent English language skills, with the ability to maintain technical discussions in a professional environment.
* Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving capabilities.
