Missions:

Watch Partners business follow-up:
* Follow-up on all the specific creations requests from Watch Partners
* Share communications with Watch Partners
* Update Watch Partners performance dashboards before market visits
* Follow up of the different projects defined in our 12-month action plan per Watch Partner

External online brand equity monitoring
* Ensure brand equity are at the standards of the Maison on all external platforms (Department store, Watch Partners websites)

Coordination of the Area Managers department
* Organize and maintain overall files and folders structure of Area Managers team
* Take notes and share minutes of meetings and key instances. Share relevant information with other departments and functions
* Assist Area Managers in preparing regular instances (Weekly Boutique Managers meeting, Monthly business review with Europe...), by coordinating with all stakeholders and ensuring high quality level of PowerPoint presentation
* Help coordinate Area Managers specific business trips

Qualities we are looking for:
* Self-starter and team player
* Organized and disciplined, with attention to detail and high standards
* Commercial minded with ease in communication towards both internal and external stakeholders
* Mastering PowerPoint tool
* Fluent in English. French and/or Dutch are a great plus
