Strategy and Transactions Intern

Beschreibung:

As an Intern within the SaT team, you will participate in due diligence and other engagements related to transactions. You'll prepare analyses of historical and pro forma financial information to assess trends and fluctuations that may impact cash flow requirements and deal valuation. You'll make technical contributions to valuation client engagements and internal projects. You'll gain a thorough understanding of the target business and its market, and of clients' issues, performing research of the target's industry and of quoted companies operating in that sector.

Responsibilities:

* Perform industry and company research utilizing online tools and publicly available information

* Participate and support in different engagements - valuation, business modeling, M&A, due diligence

* Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties

* Maintain an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis

To qualify for the role you must have:

* High school / College / University degree

* No previous experience is required

* Good spoken and written English

* Ability to work as a team member
