Job Responsibilities :

As a Visual Merchandising Trainee, you will support the development of retail displays and merchandising materials, collaborate with cross-functional teams on store events and campaigns. Additionally, you'll contribute creative input for product launches and in-store visuals while assisting with documentation and reporting for merchandising projects. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about gaming, design, and retail innovation.
Job Scope
1. Event Visual & Creative support
* Partner with cross-functional teams to support store/partnerships events and campaigns display setup
* Support Visual Merchandising team to develop creative assets creation and graphics layout for store events, campaigns, partnerships
2. New Product Introductions (NPIs) Creative Execution
* Contribute ideas and perspectives for New Product Introductions (NPIs), in-store displays, and window visuals to enhance the customer experience.
* Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to execute campaigns and product launches effectively
* Manage and plan the VM execution based on stores need and limitation
3. In-store promotional assets development
* Design promotional materials to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
* Assist in development of retail displays and merchandising materials
* Preparation of visuals for various formats
4. Visual Merchandising Support
* Source and procure visual merchandising tools and materials as needed.
* Review monthly VM reports to ensure displays adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent standards.
5. Administrative Tasks
* Assist in creating documentation, guidelines, and reports for merchandising projects to ensure consistency and efficient execution.

Pre-Requisites
* Efficient in computer aided 2D drawings and 3D visualization
* Ability to read floorplans and construction drawings
* Strong eye for aesthetics, details, graphic design, materials and space
* Proficient in: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office Excel, Autocad, Vray or 3D software of choice.
* Fresh graduates who have completed their degree or diploma in design or industrial design
* Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months for optimal learning exposure
