Job Description:

Digital Content Creations

* To support the team in developing digital content, particularly for events, that align with the overall Corporate Communications strategy and regional growth.
* To assist the team in writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites and publicity materials.

Graphic Design

* To design and adapt communication materials such as posters, banners, social media graphics, presentation decks, and internal campaign visuals in accordance with Hitachi's brand guidelines.
* To support layout, visual enhancements, and preparation of design assets required for internal and external communications.
* To collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure visual consistency and quality across all materials.

Administrative Support

* To provide logistical and administrative support for Corporate Communications activities, including event coordination, documentation, scheduling, and file management.
* To assist in preparing reports, maintaining content libraries, and organising assets for easy retrieval by the team.
* To help track project timelines, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of communication deliverables
