ABOUT THE ROLE
The Intern will support ongoing transformation initiatives by assisting in process documentation, analysis, and improvement activities.
The candidate will:
* Understand the fundamentals of digital and process transformation.
* Develop skills in process mapping, documentation, and analytical thinking.
* Gain hands-on experience in change communication and stakeholder engagement.
* Learn to apply research and problem-solving techniques.
* Contributing to the groundwork for future process and system enhancements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Analysis of data, document and present findings & insights of end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
* Support business lead by working with stakeholders to develop materials such as briefings, presentations and guidelines.
* Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes and define them into actionable roadmaps.
* Optimize key digital journeys based on the experience that's right for the customer and aligned to business priorities.
* Participate in testing and validation of automation or technology solutions relevant to insurance operations (e.g. AI, analytics)
* Prepare reports and dashboards to track project progress and outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to process mapping or visualization tools is a plus.
* Interest in digital transformation, business process improvement, and organizational change.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute ideas
