In this competitive luxury environment, an outstanding After Sales service is key to build client's loyalty to the Louis Vuitton brand. Under the supervision of the Care Service Team Manager, the Junior Craftsman will be responsible for repairing various Louis Vuitton products, including but not limited to handbags, wallets, luggage and trunks, etc.
Key Requirements & Competencies Strong passion and interest in leather goods manufacturing/repair, with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills Knowledge of sewing on leather/canvas is a plus Detail, quality and safety oriented Client-centric mind set Self-motivated in order complete a repair from beginning to end. IT literate with basic computer knowledge; familiarity with advanced Excel for data organization and analysis is highly desirable. Commitment Period: Preferably minimum 4-6 months
