Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our Financial & Operational Restructuring team at A&M Barcelona. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of financial and operational restructuring while working alongside industry experts on a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with financial analysis and modeling to support restructuring initiatives.
* Conduct research and gather data to assess the financial and operational performance of client companies.
* Assist in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and other deliverables.
* Collaborate with team members to develop and implement restructuring strategies.
* Participate in meetings and discussions with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
* Support project managers and senior team members in day-to-day activities and project execution.

Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
* Previous internship or coursework related to finance, restructuring, or consulting is a plus.
