FP Internship: Home Solutions technical support

🎯Your Role and Responsibilities
👉In this role, you'll learn and contribute to the following tasks:
* Respond to external technical inquiries via email and internal inquiries via email and Teams
* Create support cases using Salesforce for tracking purposes
* Prepare technical notes with product diagrams and configurations
* Create videos demonstrating how to install or program products/configurators
* Present products and/or provide translations from English to Spanish

📚Qualifications for the Role
* Education: Student of CFGS in Electricity or Electronics or Automation Control
* Languages: English level B1
* Additional knowledge: Ofimática, y serán apreciados conocimientos de edición de videos y KNX.
