Job Description

* Customer care through phone and email demands.
* Manage individual and group (accommodation) reservations.
* Use of reservation programs: Opera (PMS) and Resaweb.
* Follow up of any reservation no matter the shop channel making them all feel "spoiled".
* Revise all the reservations on the books to check their validity and details.

Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in a Hospitality education.
* Strong social and communication skills.
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive to detail work attitude.
* Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English languages, French is a plus.
* You don't have to be a specialist already, but you are eager to learn.
* Available for at least 6 months, 5 days a week, 40 hours of internship per week.
