Job summary

Trainee will perform various operational risk management tasks assisting Head of MRO / CMR Korea.

1. Reporting - preparing for Committee
- Permanent Control Committee ("PCC")
- Internal Control Committee ("ICC")
- Outsourcing
- Risk and Control Self-Assessment (aka. Operational Risk Mapping)

2. Control - Operational Risk
- HO Standard Control Plans (2.2 Controls) and Local Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
- Operational Risk Incident & Loss reporting
- Operational Losses Collection

3. Spot-check
- Participate in Clean desk, ALMA etc.
- Check with ORRs/Department Heads regarding Op risks tasks
- Check implementation progress of action plans

4. Miscellaneous Activities
- NSU follow-up.
- RCSA back-testing
- Presentation of MRO related topics to multiple Asia branches' ORRs
- Various tasks requested by MRO AP/HO

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

* Candidates who have completed all graduation requirements and are available to start work from March
* Candidates with less than one year of post-graduation work experience
* Bachelor's degree or higher (no major restriction)
* Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written) and analytical mind
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular, Power Point and Excel
