Summer 2026 Internal Audit Internship | Hybrid

As an Internal Audit intern, you will have support from your manager to meet your internship goals and support the Allianz Life business. You will join the Internal Audit team to help execute company and department initiatives and will truly be part of the team working side-by-side with your teammates through their work on day-to-day audit activities.

What you do:
* You will develop the ability to identify and evaluate risk, execute audit program steps, perform routine audits, identify and communicate issues, and provide written and oral feedback relative to the engagement.
* You will work with management in developing action plans to ensure audit risks are effectively mitigated.
* Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).

What you bring:
* We want bright, motivated candidates that are pursuing a variety of majors including accounting, finance, business, IT and marketing who are eager to learn and ready to work hard.
* Solid analytical skills, excellent communication skills, strong customer and stakeholder focus, attention to detail, ability to build and foster relationships and a desire to learn and ask questions are essential to success. Microsoft Excel competence is preferred.
* You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.

Job Posting Range: $20/hr - $24/hr
Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
