[Internship] IT Support Intern

Job Description

* Assists with the deployment of new laptops and desktop as well as device upgrades.
* Provide technical support to end-users via ticket system, email, phone, or in-person.
* Maintains customer service by providing first-level hardware and software support as instructed by associate members.
* Provide technical support to users including network connectivity, VPN and remote desktop.
* Coordinate the planning, implementation, and support for IT blueprints in M365/Office365 workloads and applications.
* Facilitate infrastructure lifecycle to ensure business continuity and reduced risk to operations.
* Track and monitor all support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
* Document IT procedures and create user guides.
* Work collaboratively within the Central Infrastructure network teams to ensure standards and processes are followed.
* Perform setup and maintenance of IT Infrastructure with guidance from senior team members.
* Contributes to project work assigned to the infrastructure team by completing a variety of assigned project tasks and duties with accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
* Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field with a GPA of 2.8 or higher.
* Proficiency in English is required.
* High energy, confident, and effective communicator in both written and verbal communications.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Window 11 OS, Network, Servers , Storage System…
* Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft Office 365.
* Interest and passion for IT technologies and innovative IT solutions.
* Self-motivated, structured, and result-driven.
* Flexible with change, work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Have knowledge with ITIL processes and tools.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Familiarity with infrastructure lifecycle management.
* Knowledge of security best practices in IT infrastructure.
* Some knowledge of Cloud architecture, network operations, databases, programming, data analytics, and enterprise IT.
* Preferred IT certification: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google IT Support Professional, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), ITIL Foundation
