Haleon plc is a British multinational consumer healthcare company with headquarters in Weybridge, Surrey. Haleon was established on 18 July 2022 as a corporate spin-off from GSK.[3][4] It is the largest consumer healthcare business in the world.[5] Its principal market categories are oral health, led by Sensodyne toothpaste; pain relief, with the Panadol and Advil brands; and wellness, led by the Centrum vitamin brand. Other products include Eno antacids and ChapStick lipcare.[3] It will be a global leader in over the counter medicines with a 7.3 percent market share.[6] Its chairman is Sir David Lewis, with Brian McNamara as CEO.[3] It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and a component of the FTSE 100, with a secondary listing on the New York Stock Exchange. Annual sales amounted to around £10 billion across 120 markets in 2020.[
