The responsibilities of this internship include, among others:

• Assisting and accompanying during meetings and viewings
• Acquiring clients from strong markets for projects and properties in and around Marbella
• Developing and planning marketing campaigns to promote our portfolio
• Managing an exclusive client database
• Running errands
• Social media marketing for IG accounts
• Preparing presentations and taking appointments with business partners and clients
• Taking appointments with potential buyers and showing them our properties
• Listing properties
• Delivering projects according to agreed deadlines
• Doing check-ins for exclusive tenants

We are looking for a responsible, ambitious, and initiative-driven intern with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and put into practice all relevant experiences, new and old. The ideal candidate profile includes:

• Fluent English language skills
• An intermediate level of German and Spanish is highly appreciated
• Knowledge of other languages, especially Russian and Swedish, is a big advantage
• Preferably graduated or currently studying business administration, marketing, or related fields
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Formal and polite communication skills with high-end clients
• Good communication skills on the phone and with client contact
• Must have a valid European driver's license, as driving may be required for this position
