Job Description:
We are WOCOMO SL, a digital company, and we are offering an on-site Customer Service Internship position in Cerdanyola del Vallès, Barcelona.
As a Customer Service Intern, your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. All customer communication will be handled online, with no physical interaction with customers.
We are looking for internship students who are looking for an internship from 2 months to 6 months.
Start date from August /September.
Candidate Requirements:
We are expecting excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work well in a team and independently. We are looking for candidates with customer service experience or related coursework, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software is required, as is a good command of English. An interest in learning about communications and pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is also preferred.
Noted, you must have a valid student visa or be from an EU country. We do not sponsor an internship visa or a student visa.
