Junior Global Public Affairs Coordinator (Operations, Key Markets and Patient Engagement) - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Junior Global Public Affairs Coordinator (Operations, Key Markets & Patient Engagement) VIE within our Corporate Public Affairs (CPA) team, you'll work with Sanofi's Global Public Affairs team, gaining hands-on exposure to Corporate Public Affairs strategies, engagements with senior corporate affairs leaders, high-level corporate governance, and cross-functional operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operational running of the CPA team and the Key Markets PA function, supporting strategic meetings and events, budget management, executive engagement planning, executive briefings and presentations, and management of CPA digital assets and SharePoint.

Main responsibilities:
* Organize regular meetings and exchanges for both the CPA Leadership Team and the full CPA team, including managing the iObeya platforms and coordinating follow-up actions on strategic topics.
* Coordinate with countries on ExCom visits and external stakeholder engagement calendar, including delegations' visits and embassy meetings.
* Assist with organizing meetings with PA country teams: help prepare agendas and support presentation development; follow up on specific topics and action items, assist with the preparation and coordination of Sanofi's presence at ASPHER (July) and EPH (November) conferences, supporting logistics, content preparation, and stakeholder coordination.
* Support the regular submission of budget reports to CA Finance, in coordination with CPA LT members.
* Routine tracking of CPA Budgets to ensure consistency between purchase order (PO) submissions and CPA budget trackers, and tracking of KM PA Budgets to ensure consistency between purchase order (PO) submissions and CPA budget trackers.
* Contracting with external agencies and speakers.
* Manage CPA Milestone Calendar to ensure up-to-date tracking of external engagements by ExComs/ senior executives.
* Coordinate CPA input for quarterly Board Briefings and other ExCom briefing materials, ensuring timely collection and integration of contributions.
* Support the preparation of ad hoc presentations for CPA and Corporate Affairs (CA) Leadership Teams.
* Manage and continuously improve CPA's internal SharePoint site, ensuring clear and structured organization of CPA documents including briefings, meeting records, and key reference materials.
* Manage and continuously improve CPA's Web Page, ensuring easy access and up-to-date content for all Sanofians to key CPA policy tools and project assets.

About you

Experience:
* Previous experience of project management and/or public affairs in public administration or in a (healthcare) company.
* Global exposure in previous experiences is preferred.

Soft and technical skills:
* Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent relationship building skills and teamwork.
* Self-starter, autonomous, appetite for stretched working environment.
* High ethical standards with respect to Sanofi's values.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment; able to manage projects under pressure of short timeline.
* Good analytics and writing skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (particularly PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and PowerBI.
* Proficiency in use of social media (especially LinkedIn).

Education:
* Master's Degree in a relevant field of expertise (health / public policy, political science, international relations, communications).

Languages:
* Fluent in English, French knowledge is preferred.
