About the job As Strategy Marketing Associate VIE within our Specialty Care team, you'll Work with marketing research team to generate clear and accurate facts, collaborate with regulatory affairs, supply chain, market access and commercial team, tracking the overall competitor launch progress, and design and execute innovative projects through working with cross-function teams to ensure achievement of project KPI. Main responsibilities: Integrating Customer Insights & Analytics: - Interact with all customer groups to make market observations and identify potential insights cross broad range of healthcare solutions/disease areas. - Identify key market access and customer needs issues. - Give the best sales forecast based on market facts and customer insights. Product Development and Life Cycle Management: - Provide timely input to formulation development and packaging. - Identify potential intellectual property issues & opportunities during product development. Brand and Portfolio Strategy: - Develop plans for the new indication, including pricing option, pre-launch plan and operation plan. - Prioritize appropriate targeting, positioning and messaging across all customer segments. Marketing Mix and Execution: - Drive consistent execution of product strategy with appropriate key performance indicators. - Implement, monitor and control the marketing plan to modify / adapt the marketing mix of activities to achieve objectives. Candidate Requirements:
About you Experience: - At least 2 years professional full-time experience relevant to the position after the date of obtaining the minimum diploma required (internships and work study contracts are not taken into consideration). - Previous experience in leading management consulting or market research firms - Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare industry experience is preferred. Soft and technical skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Growth Mindset, focused on the goal, adaptive. - Advanced analytical skills. - Experienced with MS Office (mainly Excel and PP). Education: - At least Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Medicine, Public Health, Marketing or similar field. Languages: - Proficiency in English and fluent Mandarin.
