VIE - Junior Demand Planner & Customer Service Coordinator MH Nordics

Job Description:

As VIE Junior Demand Planner & Customer Service Coordinator, you support the Demand Planning and Supply Chain Management for Moet Hennessy Nordic entities, as well as Sales Forecasting and other topics, focus on Distributor markets and rest of Nordic. You also manage Customer Service analysis with focus on Swedish Wine-Monopoly orders, Wholesalers and the order-to-cash process.
Professional experience & know how: Education: Business/Logistical Degree on University level Previous experience in logistic/demand planning (internship) - preferable in a FMCG Company. Ability to analyze, compare, interpret facts quickly and to advise business, Project management experience Ability to work in multi-cultural environment Understanding of the Wines & Spirits market and wholesaler's ways of working is a plus Languages: Fluency in English written/spoken Scandinavian is a plus, but not a must Other skills Strong Customer focus Able to develop business acumen Pro-Active & Curious Problem solving Accurate and organized Action oriented Team player Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels
