We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Professional to join our dynamic team in Berlin (or other sites within our Alstom network). This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives and support the ongoing transformation of our Central Northern Europe (CNE) operations.

We'll look to you for

* Support the transformation of the CNE region

* Analyze processes and realise improvement opportunities

* Contribute to change management activities (communication, stakeholder engagement)

* Prepare project plans, status reports and presentations

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams

* Interested and Initial experience in finance functions

* Affinity for digital tools and agile methods incl. Power BI skills

* Fluent in English; German is a plus.
